Job Duties

• Create Automated Forecasting Engine using Statistical models(ARIMA,HOLTS,ETS,etc.), Machine learning models(XGBoost, LightGBM, etc.) and neural networks (N-BEATS, RNNs, etc.).

• Assist the Incident Management team by applying MachineLearning, Forecast the incident volume in different fields, quarterly, and annual so that they can be better prepared with resources and technology planning.
• Use Data Processing techniques such as Label Encoding and Standardization.
• Use algorithms such as SVM, DecisionTrees, Random Forest, K-NN, XGBoost Classifier.
• Conduct Volume forecasting with the help of stats models.
